You advise management on strategic HR topics, drive change processes, and further develop managers and teams. Responsibilities
- HR Strategy: Drive and implement key change processes from the HR strategy within the Engineering Cabin & Cargo department
- Strategic Advisory: Provide strategic advice to management and specialist departments on all HR topics
- Leadership Development: Actively accompany and initiate the development of managers and employees
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with national labor law, corporate guidelines, and ethics & compliance standards
- Compensation & Benefits: Harmonize remuneration and social benefits in alignment with corporate objectives
- Collaboration: Maintain trusting cooperation with social partners and internal interfaces such as Labor Law
- HR Metrics: Analyze HR key figures and use them to provide informed support to the business and management
Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in Law, Psychology, Business Administration, or Human Resources (at least Bachelor's)
- Several years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner and in Human Resources
- Experience in the aerospace industry, ideally at Airbus, is an advantage
- Initial application knowledge of SAP; knowledge of Google Workspace and Workday is an advantage
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- Basic knowledge of Change Management and Project Management
- Strong communication skills, independent working style, and high resilience
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
