Responsibilities
- Strategic HR consulting for managers in the areas of workforce planning, recruiting, and succession development
- Conduct development and disciplinary discussions on an equal footing and moderate them professionally
- Actively shape change management and support the implementation of organizational changes
- Steer job evaluations and communicate HR policy topics to specialist departments
- Works council collaboration through representation of measures and constructive cooperation
Qualifications
- Completed Master's or Diplom degree in Psychology or Business Administration
- Several years of professional experience in HR, mandatory as an HR Business Partner or HR Officer
- Sound knowledge of labor law, works constitution law, and collective bargaining law, ideally in the metal and electrical industry in Lower Saxony
- Detailed specialist knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of SAP and Workday is an advantage
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- Excellent communication skills, structured way of working, and resilience
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
