Tasks

  • Independent management of a defined support area for blue-collar and white-collar employees
  • Advising and supporting managers on leadership issues, individual measures, and labor law topics
  • Supporting organizational changes and change processes, including finding pragmatic solutions
  • Analysis and interpretation of key figures in health management and derivation of concrete measures
  • Talent management, including management and implementation of team reviews
  • Resource management together with managers and divisional controlling
  • Cooperation with the works council, representatives for disabled employees, the integration office, occupational safety, health management, and other stakeholders
  • Administrative implementation of HR processes in Workday, as well as headcount monitoring and reporting

Qualifications

  • Completed degree in law, psychology, social sciences, sociology, business administration, international management, or human resources
  • Several years of professional experience as a human resources business partner or in human resources
  • Basic knowledge of change management and project management
  • Experience at Airbus and in larger corporations is an advantage
  • Confident use of Google Workspace and basic knowledge of SAP; knowledge of Workday is an advantage
  • Business fluent in German and English (at least C1 in each)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
  • Very good communication skills, quick comprehension, independent and conscientious way of working, as well as assertiveness and decision-making skills
