Responsibilities


  • Quality Assurance Planning: Development and implementation of a Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) for the Design Office
  • Technical Reviews: Preparation and active participation in technical design reviews for compliance control
  • Process Optimization: Implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency
  • Functional Analyses: Conducting and preparing functional analyses
  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Coordination with various departments, especially helicopter programs and certification teams
  • Lessons Learned: Fostering a learning culture and initiating improvement measures
  • Primary Contact: Representation of the quality area towards Chief Engineering
  • Technical Coordination: Leading and coordinating specialists and team members


Qualifications

  • Completed degree in engineering (at least Bachelor's) or comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in development and in quality assurance (each at least 3 years)
  • Experience in aerospace development advantageous
  • Good knowledge of system development processes (V-model) and configuration management principles
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
  • Experience with design reviews
  • Strong teamwork, communication skills, and conflict resolution competence
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
