Responsibilities
- Quality Assurance Planning: Development and implementation of a Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) for the Design Office
- Technical Reviews: Preparation and active participation in technical design reviews for compliance control
- Process Optimization: Implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency
- Functional Analyses: Conducting and preparing functional analyses
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Coordination with various departments, especially helicopter programs and certification teams
- Lessons Learned: Fostering a learning culture and initiating improvement measures
- Primary Contact: Representation of the quality area towards Chief Engineering
- Technical Coordination: Leading and coordinating specialists and team members
Qualifications
- Completed degree in engineering (at least Bachelor's) or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in development and in quality assurance (each at least 3 years)
- Experience in aerospace development advantageous
- Good knowledge of system development processes (V-model) and configuration management principles
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- Experience with design reviews
- Strong teamwork, communication skills, and conflict resolution competence
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
