Responsibilities
- Design and definition of mechanical components according to Airbus processes
- Ensuring safety, quality, and performance requirements
- Specification, design, qualification, and certification of subsystems
- Consideration of technical, economic, and operational constraints
- Conducting tests and creating the associated technical documentation
- Integration of mechanical and mechatronic components into the overall system
Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in engineering or a technical field (at least Bachelor's)
- Several years of professional experience in engineering, development, and design
- Experience in mechanics, ideally in the aerospace industry
- In-depth application knowledge of Catia V5; knowledge of 3DX (3DEXPERIENCE CATIA) is an advantage
- Proficient German skills (at least B2); business fluent English skills (at least C1)
- CV in English required
- Analytical thinking, structured and independent way of working, as well as strong communication skills
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
