Responsibilities


  • Design and definition of mechanical components according to Airbus processes
  • Ensuring safety, quality, and performance requirements
  • Specification, design, qualification, and certification of subsystems
  • Consideration of technical, economic, and operational constraints
  • Conducting tests and creating the associated technical documentation
  • Integration of mechanical and mechatronic components into the overall system


Qualifications

  • Successfully completed degree in engineering or a technical field (at least Bachelor's)
  • Several years of professional experience in engineering, development, and design
  • Experience in mechanics, ideally in the aerospace industry
  • In-depth application knowledge of Catia V5; knowledge of 3DX (3DEXPERIENCE CATIA) is an advantage
  • Proficient German skills (at least B2); business fluent English skills (at least C1)
  • CV in English required
  • Analytical thinking, structured and independent way of working, as well as strong communication skills
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
