Responsibilities


  • Tool presetting according to tool plans and manufacturing orders
  • Measurement and inspection of tools for dimensional accuracy and damage
  • Documentation of tool data and tool conditions
  • Tool availability for production planning and ensuring
  • Maintenance and care of presetting devices and measuring instruments
  • Optimization of tool presetting and management
  • Quality and safety standards compliance in all processes


Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as a precision mechanic, industrial mechanic, machining mechanic, or in a comparable skilled trade or metalworking profession
  • Many years of professional experience in tool presetting, warehouse logistics, or a comparable area
  • Good knowledge of machining tool technology (milling cutters, drills, reamers, etc.)
  • Knowledge in using MS Office and Google Workspace
  • Business fluent German (at least C1)
  • Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
  • Teamwork skills, flexibility, and quick comprehension
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
