Responsibilities
- Tool presetting according to tool plans and manufacturing orders
- Measurement and inspection of tools for dimensional accuracy and damage
- Documentation of tool data and tool conditions
- Tool availability for production planning and ensuring
- Maintenance and care of presetting devices and measuring instruments
- Optimization of tool presetting and management
- Quality and safety standards compliance in all processes
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a precision mechanic, industrial mechanic, machining mechanic, or in a comparable skilled trade or metalworking profession
- Many years of professional experience in tool presetting, warehouse logistics, or a comparable area
- Good knowledge of machining tool technology (milling cutters, drills, reamers, etc.)
- Knowledge in using MS Office and Google Workspace
- Business fluent German (at least C1)
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
- Teamwork skills, flexibility, and quick comprehension
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
