Tasks

  • Monitoring and controlling logistics processes along the physical supply chain
  • Ensuring compliance with KPIs in terms of performance, costs, quality, and the environment
  • Coordinating escalation processes and implementing short-term improvement initiatives
  • Contract management with service providers, including reviewing and adjusting work specifications
  • Collaborating on space and infrastructure development
  • Budget monitoring and collaboration with the finance department
  • Implementation of service level agreements with internal stakeholders
  • Preparation and execution of audits in cooperation with quality management and Health, Safety and Environment (HSE)

Qualifications

  • Completed degree in industrial engineering, business administration or logistics, or qualification as a technician/specialist
  • Several years of professional experience in supplier management and logistics/supply chain
  • Experience in using SAP and Google Workspace
  • Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1 in each)
  • Willingness to work in a 2-shift operation
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
