Tasks
- Monitoring and controlling logistics processes along the physical supply chain
- Ensuring compliance with KPIs in terms of performance, costs, quality, and the environment
- Coordinating escalation processes and implementing short-term improvement initiatives
- Contract management with service providers, including reviewing and adjusting work specifications
- Collaborating on space and infrastructure development
- Budget monitoring and collaboration with the finance department
- Implementation of service level agreements with internal stakeholders
- Preparation and execution of audits in cooperation with quality management and Health, Safety and Environment (HSE)
Qualifications
- Completed degree in industrial engineering, business administration or logistics, or qualification as a technician/specialist
- Several years of professional experience in supplier management and logistics/supply chain
- Experience in using SAP and Google Workspace
- Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1 in each)
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift operation
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
