Responsibilities


  • Assembly of modules: Prepare and assemble simple and complex assemblies and components into modules
  • Material preparation: Prepare painted and unpainted parts for assembly
  • Complex assembly processes: Perform demanding assembly tasks according to construction and assembly documentation
  • Teamwork: Coordinate tasks within a team and support each other
  • Quality assurance: Ensure care and accuracy throughout the entire assembly process
  • Shift work: Work in shifts according to operational requirements


Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as a boat builder, metalworker, vehicle body builder, carpenter, mechanic, or in a comparable skilled trade
  • Many years of professional experience in assembly or manufacturing
  • Several years of experience in the aerospace industry
  • Proficient application skills in MS-Office
  • Business fluent German (at least C1); good English skills
  • Willingness to work shifts
  • Teamwork skills, communication strength, and a structured, solution-oriented way of working
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
