Responsibilities
- Assembly of modules: Prepare and assemble simple and complex assemblies and components into modules
- Material preparation: Prepare painted and unpainted parts for assembly
- Complex assembly processes: Perform demanding assembly tasks according to construction and assembly documentation
- Teamwork: Coordinate tasks within a team and support each other
- Quality assurance: Ensure care and accuracy throughout the entire assembly process
- Shift work: Work in shifts according to operational requirements
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a boat builder, metalworker, vehicle body builder, carpenter, mechanic, or in a comparable skilled trade
- Many years of professional experience in assembly or manufacturing
- Several years of experience in the aerospace industry
- Proficient application skills in MS-Office
- Business fluent German (at least C1); good English skills
- Willingness to work shifts
- Teamwork skills, communication strength, and a structured, solution-oriented way of working
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
