Responsibilities
- Employee consultation on selected personnel-related matters and processes
- Solution finding for various HR inquiries from managers and employees
- Data management for individual personnel matters such as contract creation, onboarding, and salary development
- Utilize HR information systems to compile data for key figures and management reports
- Coordinate and support HR campaigns such as bonus determination and team reviews
- Supervision of Airbus Early Careers (interns, working students) from recruitment to exit
- Project work on various HR projects such as customer surveys and digital advancement of internal processes
Qualifications
- Completed degree in law, psychology, social sciences, business administration, economics, or comparable qualification (at least Bachelor's degree)
- Several years of professional experience in human resources and HR administration
- Initial application knowledge of SAP/R3 HR; knowledge of Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets)
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- Knowledge of Workday is an advantage
- Communication skills, independent working style, and high service orientation
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
