Responsibilities


  • Employee consultation on selected personnel-related matters and processes
  • Solution finding for various HR inquiries from managers and employees
  • Data management for individual personnel matters such as contract creation, onboarding, and salary development
  • Utilize HR information systems to compile data for key figures and management reports
  • Coordinate and support HR campaigns such as bonus determination and team reviews
  • Supervision of Airbus Early Careers (interns, working students) from recruitment to exit
  • Project work on various HR projects such as customer surveys and digital advancement of internal processes


Qualifications

  • Completed degree in law, psychology, social sciences, business administration, economics, or comparable qualification (at least Bachelor's degree)
  • Several years of professional experience in human resources and HR administration
  • Initial application knowledge of SAP/R3 HR; knowledge of Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets)
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
  • Knowledge of Workday is an advantage
  • Communication skills, independent working style, and high service orientation
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
