Responsibilities


  • Manage and support Programme and Project Management for Combat Air Systems such as Eurofighter Tranche 5
  • Be accountable for Risk and Opportunity Management throughout all lifecycle phases
  • Carry out Scheduling and schedule risk analyses (e.g., Monte Carlo simulations)
  • Be responsible for Performance Monitoring and reporting for programmes and projects
  • Provide Data Integration to support decision-making at management and customer level
  • Ensure effective Communication and stakeholder management
  • Integrate and analyse scope, requirements, costs, and resources
  • Manage Maturity Gates and Lessons Learned processes


Qualifications

  • Completed Master's degree or Diplom in Engineering, Aerospace, or Business Informatics
  • Several years of professional experience in project management
  • Experience in risk & opportunity management and scheduling is required
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Project and experience with project management tools such as Active Risk Manager (ARM) or Unified Planning; knowledge of Jira/Confluence is preferred
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
  • CV/resume in English required
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, analytical thinking, and teamwork in an international environment
  • CV in English required
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
