Responsibilities
- Manage and support Programme and Project Management for Combat Air Systems such as Eurofighter Tranche 5
- Be accountable for Risk and Opportunity Management throughout all lifecycle phases
- Carry out Scheduling and schedule risk analyses (e.g., Monte Carlo simulations)
- Be responsible for Performance Monitoring and reporting for programmes and projects
- Provide Data Integration to support decision-making at management and customer level
- Ensure effective Communication and stakeholder management
- Integrate and analyse scope, requirements, costs, and resources
- Manage Maturity Gates and Lessons Learned processes
Qualifications
- Completed Master's degree or Diplom in Engineering, Aerospace, or Business Informatics
- Several years of professional experience in project management
- Experience in risk & opportunity management and scheduling is required
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Project and experience with project management tools such as Active Risk Manager (ARM) or Unified Planning; knowledge of Jira/Confluence is preferred
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- CV/resume in English required
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, analytical thinking, and teamwork in an international environment
- CV in English required
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
