Responsibilities
- Data integration and analysis of time, cost, resource, and quality data for project control
- Program and project planning including the creation of work breakdown structures and schedules
- Risk and opportunity management for proactive control of project risks and potentials
- Performance monitoring through tracking of milestones and project progress
- Configuration control and change management in the context of contract data
- Implementation management for project management processes and tools
- Control and reporting to ensure transparent project communication
Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in a technical field, business informatics, industrial engineering, business administration, international management, or economics (at least Bachelor's degree)
- Many years of professional experience in project management (over 5 years)
- Several years of experience in communication and stakeholder management (over 3 years)
- Very good knowledge of change management; knowledge in the field of systems development is desirable
- Proficient use of Google Workspace; knowledge of Planisware-E7 is an advantage
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- Willingness to travel within Europe (approximately once a month)
- Strong communication skills, high resilience, and organizational talent
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
