Responsibilities


  • Data integration and analysis of time, cost, resource, and quality data for project control
  • Program and project planning including the creation of work breakdown structures and schedules
  • Risk and opportunity management for proactive control of project risks and potentials
  • Performance monitoring through tracking of milestones and project progress
  • Configuration control and change management in the context of contract data
  • Implementation management for project management processes and tools
  • Control and reporting to ensure transparent project communication


Qualifications

  • Successfully completed degree in a technical field, business informatics, industrial engineering, business administration, international management, or economics (at least Bachelor's degree)
  • Many years of professional experience in project management (over 5 years)
  • Several years of experience in communication and stakeholder management (over 3 years)
  • Very good knowledge of change management; knowledge in the field of systems development is desirable
  • Proficient use of Google Workspace; knowledge of Planisware-E7 is an advantage
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
  • Willingness to travel within Europe (approximately once a month)
  • Strong communication skills, high resilience, and organizational talent
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
