Responsibilities
- HR measures such as hiring, transfers, and contract changes administratively implement
- Master data maintenance in systems for personnel, time management, and payroll
- Payroll processing for various working time models and methods
- Allowance calculation and processing of special cases such as collective agreement increases and one-time payments
- Tax and social security review for compensation payments and benefits in kind, including error analysis
- Data quality ensure through regular updates and controls
- Administration and documentation of all payroll records according to statutory retention periods
- External communication with authorities, health insurance companies, and pension recipients
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as an accountant or HR clerk
- Many years of professional experience in payroll accounting
- Several years of experience in HR administration and human resources
- Proficient use of MS Office and initial application knowledge of SAP
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
- Independent, structured, and results-oriented way of working
- Strong communication skills and team orientation
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
