Responsibilities


  • HR measures such as hiring, transfers, and contract changes administratively implement
  • Master data maintenance in systems for personnel, time management, and payroll
  • Payroll processing for various working time models and methods
  • Allowance calculation and processing of special cases such as collective agreement increases and one-time payments
  • Tax and social security review for compensation payments and benefits in kind, including error analysis
  • Data quality ensure through regular updates and controls
  • Administration and documentation of all payroll records according to statutory retention periods
  • External communication with authorities, health insurance companies, and pension recipients


Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as an accountant or HR clerk
  • Many years of professional experience in payroll accounting
  • Several years of experience in HR administration and human resources
  • Proficient use of MS Office and initial application knowledge of SAP
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
  • Independent, structured, and results-oriented way of working
  • Strong communication skills and team orientation
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
