Responsibilities


  • Procurement and Logistics for urgently needed aircraft parts (AOG – Aircraft on Ground)
  • Delivery Dates monitoring and ensuring the fastest possible material availability
  • Logistical Tracking of specific and critical parts shipments
  • Acceleration of Deliveries to the desired point of use in final assembly
  • Options Analysis in material procurement to select the fastest delivery variant
  • Collaboration with various internal functions to ensure material solutions


Qualifications

  • Completed degree (at least Bachelor's) in a technical field, industrial engineering, business administration, international management, supply chain / logistics, or economics
  • Several years of professional experience in customer service, process improvement, and supply chain / logistics
  • Experience in creating shipping documents
  • Proficient use of SAP and Google Workspace
  • Basic knowledge of project management and good knowledge of warehouse information systems and logistics regulations
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
  • Airbus experience is mandatory; experience in returns logistics is an advantage
  • Stakeholder management is an advantage
  • Independent, structured, and results-oriented way of working, strong communication skills, as well as persuasion and assertiveness
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
