Responsibilities
- Procurement and Logistics for urgently needed aircraft parts (AOG – Aircraft on Ground)
- Delivery Dates monitoring and ensuring the fastest possible material availability
- Logistical Tracking of specific and critical parts shipments
- Acceleration of Deliveries to the desired point of use in final assembly
- Options Analysis in material procurement to select the fastest delivery variant
- Collaboration with various internal functions to ensure material solutions
Qualifications
- Completed degree (at least Bachelor's) in a technical field, industrial engineering, business administration, international management, supply chain / logistics, or economics
- Several years of professional experience in customer service, process improvement, and supply chain / logistics
- Experience in creating shipping documents
- Proficient use of SAP and Google Workspace
- Basic knowledge of project management and good knowledge of warehouse information systems and logistics regulations
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- Airbus experience is mandatory; experience in returns logistics is an advantage
- Stakeholder management is an advantage
- Independent, structured, and results-oriented way of working, strong communication skills, as well as persuasion and assertiveness
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
