Responsibilities
- New Product Introduction: support the introduction of new products in the Supply Chain area
- Order Processing: review and ensure order processing procedures
- ERP System: capture and manage order and material data in the ERP system
- Operational Control: analyse delays and prioritise them, and develop short- and long-term action plans
- Supply Chain Performance: monitor daily supply chain performance (goods receipt, workshops, internal transport, dispatch) and resolve conflicts
- Supplier Management: collaborate with suppliers (remote or on-site) and internal departments to implement preventive measures
- Returns Logistics: drive returns logistics processes (quotes, returned parts, subsequent expansion)
- Inventory Control: provide an overview of inventory stocks and implement action plans with suppliers for capacity control
Qualifications
- Completion of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Management, Supply Chain / Logistics or Economics
- Several years of professional experience in scheduling / material procurement, purchasing, operational and strategic procurement processes, and Supply Chain / Logistics
- Advanced application knowledge in SAP
- Business fluent in German (at least C1) and English (at least C1); French skills advantageous
- Willingness to travel (Austria, maximum twice a year)
- Teamwork skills, excellent communication skills as well as high sense of responsibility, resilience and organisational talent
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
