Responsibilities


  • New Product Introduction: support the introduction of new products in the Supply Chain area
  • Order Processing: review and ensure order processing procedures
  • ERP System: capture and manage order and material data in the ERP system
  • Operational Control: analyse delays and prioritise them, and develop short- and long-term action plans
  • Supply Chain Performance: monitor daily supply chain performance (goods receipt, workshops, internal transport, dispatch) and resolve conflicts
  • Supplier Management: collaborate with suppliers (remote or on-site) and internal departments to implement preventive measures
  • Returns Logistics: drive returns logistics processes (quotes, returned parts, subsequent expansion)
  • Inventory Control: provide an overview of inventory stocks and implement action plans with suppliers for capacity control


Qualifications

  • Completion of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Management, Supply Chain / Logistics or Economics
  • Several years of professional experience in scheduling / material procurement, purchasing, operational and strategic procurement processes, and Supply Chain / Logistics
  • Advanced application knowledge in SAP
  • Business fluent in German (at least C1) and English (at least C1); French skills advantageous
  • Willingness to travel (Austria, maximum twice a year)
  • Teamwork skills, excellent communication skills as well as high sense of responsibility, resilience and organisational talent
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
