The gross annual salary is, depending on qualifications, max. 69,809 €. This position is initially to be filled on a fixed-term basis until 31.03.2027. Responsibilities
- Avionics development for the general aircraft systems of the Eurofighter and future military programmes
- System specification, test execution and generation of certification evidence
- Supplier guidance in the design, development, qualification and manufacture of avionic equipment and software
- System engineering support for the integration of systems and system components into the aircraft
- Technical support for aircraft build line, flight test, maintenance, repair, overhaul and retrofit programmes
- Coordination with internal partners, external suppliers, and national and international customers
Qualifications
- Successfully completed Master's or Diplom degree in Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering or Software Engineering
- Several years of experience in a comparable role in avionics development
- In-depth knowledge of software and complex electronic hardware development as well as embedded systems
- Experience in requirements engineering and with standards for hardware/software design assurance and environmental and electromagnetic effects qualification
- Knowledge of safety analysis and experience with C/C++, UML or ADA is an advantage
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- Team player, willingness to integrate and a reliable, conscientious way of working
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
