Responsibilities
- Appointment management: Independently manage and coordinate the head of department's agenda
- Document creation: Professionally create and prepare letters, memos, presentations, and reports
- Information management: Collect, receive, and forward information for decision-making processes
- Team communication: Conceive, create, and distribute the team newsletter
- Administrative support: Organize logistics for travel, mail, and documents for the entire team
- Office organization: Handle phone calls, support time management, and process administrative job requirements
Qualifications
- Completed commercial training, for example as an Office Management Clerk
- Many years of professional experience in secretarial or assistant roles
- Experience in the aviation industry (Airbus) is an advantage
- Confident handling of SAP and Google Workspace
- German at native level; English skills (at least B2)
- Independent, structured, and results-oriented way of working
- Strong communication skills and team spirit
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
