Tasks
- Independent execution of incoming goods inspections according to technical and commercial inspection criteria
- Verification and release of First Article Inspections (FAI) for newly sourced parts
- Initiation and evaluation of specific tests, including documentation of results
- Creation of quality notifications for non-conforming products and components
- Recording and documenting deviations in SAP
- Managing Non-Conformance processes (NC) including creation, tracking and resolution
- Processing concessions for deviations in SAP
- Identifying and implementingimprovements in inspection procedures
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a Turner / Machinist, Aircraft Mechanic, Toolmaker, or in a related metalworking profession
- Extensive professional experience (minimum several years) in aircraft manufacturing, quality management, quality assurance, or materials testing
- Confident use of technical drawings (PLM / Normmaster) and AIRINA
- Solid experience with SAP R/3, zamiz, and Google Workspace
- Fluent German skills (min. C1), advanced English skills (min. B2)
- Willingness to work in two-shift operation (no night shifts)
- A valid and unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
