Tasks

  • Independent execution of incoming goods inspections according to technical and commercial inspection criteria
  • Verification and release of First Article Inspections (FAI) for newly sourced parts
  • Initiation and evaluation of specific tests, including documentation of results
  • Creation of quality notifications for non-conforming products and components
  • Recording and documenting deviations in SAP
  • Managing Non-Conformance processes (NC) including creation, tracking and resolution
  • Processing concessions for deviations in SAP
  • Identifying and implementingimprovements in inspection procedures

Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as a Turner / Machinist, Aircraft Mechanic, Toolmaker, or in a related metalworking profession
  • Extensive professional experience (minimum several years) in aircraft manufacturing, quality management, quality assurance, or materials testing
  • Confident use of technical drawings (PLM / Normmaster) and AIRINA
  • Solid experience with SAP R/3, zamiz, and Google Workspace
  • Fluent German skills (min. C1), advanced English skills (min. B2)
  • Willingness to work in two-shift operation (no night shifts)
  • A valid and unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
