Tasks
- Painting nacelle components in accordance with production specifications and technical documents
- Preparing and finishing components before and after the painting process
- Complying with occupational safety and accident prevention regulations according to RTX EH&S policy
- Checking tools and equipment used in the paint shop for condition and quantity
- Maintaining order and cleanliness at the workplace
- Actively participating in Continuous Improvement activities and using internal CORE tools
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a spray painter, industrial painter or equivalent
- Several years of experience in industrial painting preferred
- Fluent German language skills (at least C1) and basic English skills (at least A2)
- Willingness to work in shifts is required
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is absolutely required
