Responsibilities


  • Ensure correspondence and communication in German and English, and structure and improve administrative processes
  • Prepare departmental documents and create analyses and reports
  • Provide organizational and administrative support to department management on projects
  • Handle controlling tasks, maintain and manage cost center budgets
  • Process orders (e.g., SAP purchase requisitions, LUPUS, and purchase orders)
  • Enter and maintain time data in the time management system
  • Organize business trips, meetings, and guest services, as well as plan and coordinate appointments
  • Take on special tasks and pitch in pragmatically as needed


Qualifications

  • Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent skills and knowledge
  • Relevant professional experience in an administrative environment / office management
  • Good knowledge of internal company processes and a solid understanding of workflows
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Advanced German and English (min. B2)
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (not a student visa) is mandatory
