Responsibilities
- Ensure correspondence and communication in German and English, and structure and improve administrative processes
- Prepare departmental documents and create analyses and reports
- Provide organizational and administrative support to department management on projects
- Handle controlling tasks, maintain and manage cost center budgets
- Process orders (e.g., SAP purchase requisitions, LUPUS, and purchase orders)
- Enter and maintain time data in the time management system
- Organize business trips, meetings, and guest services, as well as plan and coordinate appointments
- Take on special tasks and pitch in pragmatically as needed
Qualifications
- Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent skills and knowledge
- Relevant professional experience in an administrative environment / office management
- Good knowledge of internal company processes and a solid understanding of workflows
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Advanced German and English (min. B2)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (not a student visa) is mandatory
