You will actively contribute to ensuring business is conducted with integrity and in compliance with laws, internal processes, and values – in an international environment with a direct interface to legal departments.

Responsibilities


  • Compliance Advisory: Support and advise the global procurement community on all ethics and compliance (E&C) matters
  • Project Support: Contribute to the identification and resolution of compliance matters in Airbus procurement
  • Legal Collaboration: Interact with the legal departments of all Airbus divisions and support investigations in the procurement environment
  • Training & Awareness: Lead or support awareness sessions, training, and workshops on compliance topics for worldwide procurement
  • Process Implementation: Support the implementation and fulfilment of compliance controls in procurement
  • Project Management: Support or lead projects to further implement compliance objectives in procurement
  • Reporting: Ensure regular reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)


Qualifications

  • Successfully completed degree in Law or Business Law (at least a Bachelor's degree)
  • Several years of professional experience in procurement and legal affairs; experience in compliance is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of Change Management; knowledge of Codes of Conduct is advantageous
  • Proficient use of Google Workspace
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1); French or Spanish are advantageous
  • Willingness to travel (at least once per quarter, worldwide)
  • Strong communication skills, independent and structured working style, analytical thinking
  • CV in English required
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
