At Airbus Operations GmbH in Hamburg-Finkenwerder, you will advise and support the global procurement community on all ethics and compliance matters as a Procurement Integrity & Compliance Advisor. You will actively contribute to ensuring business is conducted with integrity and in compliance with laws, internal processes, and values – in an international environment with a direct interface to legal departments.

Responsibilities
- Compliance Advisory: Support and advise the global procurement community on all ethics and compliance (E&C) matters
- Project Support: Contribute to the identification and resolution of compliance matters in Airbus procurement
- Legal Collaboration: Interact with the legal departments of all Airbus divisions and support investigations in the procurement environment
- Training & Awareness: Lead or support awareness sessions, training, and workshops on compliance topics for worldwide procurement
- Process Implementation: Support the implementation and fulfilment of compliance controls in procurement
- Project Management: Support or lead projects to further implement compliance objectives in procurement
- Reporting: Ensure regular reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in Law or Business Law (at least a Bachelor's degree)
- Several years of professional experience in procurement and legal affairs; experience in compliance is an advantage
- Good knowledge of Change Management; knowledge of Codes of Conduct is advantageous
- Proficient use of Google Workspace
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1); French or Spanish are advantageous
- Willingness to travel (at least once per quarter, worldwide)
- Strong communication skills, independent and structured working style, analytical thinking
- CV in English required
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
