Tasks

  • Analysis and evaluation of programs and production requirements, including recovery plans
  • Definition of production scenarios, taking into account the factory calendar and resource capacities
  • Proposal of optimal production solutions to meet program and facility requirements
  • Preparation and communication of the official production plan to all stakeholders
  • Maintenance of planning parameters in SAP and other planning tools
  • Development and updating of Skywise databases and reporting structures
  • Creation and analysis of KPIs, derivation of improvement measures and monitoring of their implementation
  • Binding schedule and stakeholder management to ensure compliance with production commitments

Qualifications

  • Completed degree in Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering or advanced technical training (Technician certification)
  • Several years of professional experience in production planning, development, and project management
  • Strong understanding of product integrity standards (e.g. tolerances, key characteristics, material behavior)
  • Solid IT skills in MS Excel, MS Office, SAP and in-depth knowledge of Catia V5
  • Business fluent German and English language skills (at least C1)
  • Strong team player with high customer orientation, sense of responsibility, flexibility, and assertiveness
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is strictly required
