Tasks
- Analysis and evaluation of programs and production requirements, including recovery plans
- Definition of production scenarios, taking into account the factory calendar and resource capacities
- Proposal of optimal production solutions to meet program and facility requirements
- Preparation and communication of the official production plan to all stakeholders
- Maintenance of planning parameters in SAP and other planning tools
- Development and updating of Skywise databases and reporting structures
- Creation and analysis of KPIs, derivation of improvement measures and monitoring of their implementation
- Binding schedule and stakeholder management to ensure compliance with production commitments
Qualifications
- Completed degree in Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering or advanced technical training (Technician certification)
- Several years of professional experience in production planning, development, and project management
- Strong understanding of product integrity standards (e.g. tolerances, key characteristics, material behavior)
- Solid IT skills in MS Excel, MS Office, SAP and in-depth knowledge of Catia V5
- Business fluent German and English language skills (at least C1)
- Strong team player with high customer orientation, sense of responsibility, flexibility, and assertiveness
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is strictly required
