Tasks
- Coordination with internal departments and regulatory authorities for compliance verification and support during audits
- Planning, execution and documentation of internal and external test series
- Derivation and implementation of technical test requirements based on specifications
- Coordination and supervision of material, substance and qualification tests in accordance with aerospace standards
- Optimisation of testing processes through digitalisation and automation
- Maintenance of the testing knowledge management system and active participation in cross-functional working groups
- Procurement, maintenance and supervision of test equipment and test facilities
- Preparation of technical documuntation such as operating instructions, equipment specifications and safety documentation
Qualifications
- Completed degree in aerospace engineering, plastics engineering, composite materials or materials science (minimum: Bachelor's degree)
- Several years of professional experience in material testing and testing of plastics
- Solid knowledge of measurement technology and test procedures as well as an understanding of aerospace-specific standards
- Confident use of MS Office (at least advanced application skills)
- Basic knowledge of SAP and Catia V5
- German language skills at negotiation level (minimum C1), English language skills at advanced level (minimum B2)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
