Tasks
- Implementing personnel measures such as hiring, transfers, and resignations
- Creating and maintaining master data, time management data, and compensation data, as well as creating documents according to defined processes
- Processing incoming work orders in Workday Human Capital Management
- Supporting payroll accounting, processing special transactions, and checking payroll results, including error analysis and troubleshooting
- Processing correspondence and creating certificates and technical documents
- Advising employees, human resources business partners, and managers on legal, collective bargaining, and company regulations
- Collaborating on projects and special topics and providing administrative support
Qualifications
- Completed degree (at least a bachelor's) in business administration, economics, or a comparable field
- Many years of professional experience in human resources and/or in a legal environment related to human resources processes, payroll accounting, and regulations
- Detailed specialist knowledge of SAP and SAP R/3 as well as confident use of Workday Human Capital Management
- Business fluent German and English skills (at least C1)
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
