Responsibilities
- Requirements Management: Creating, structuring, and maintaining DOORS modules for project documentation
- Template Development: Creating, maintaining, and further developing DOORS and Word export templates
- Document Creation: Preparing and finalizing specifications and reports based on DOORS exports
- Quality Assurance: Post-processing and consistency checking of exported content according to internal standards
- Document Management: Filing and managing finalized documents in SAP systems
- Project Support: Advising on the use of DOORS and optimizing documentation processes
- Process Optimization: Further development of templates, workflows, and export mechanisms
- Coordination: Close collaboration with Engineering, Systems Engineering, and Quality Management
Qualifications
- Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable technical field (at least Bachelor's)
- Several years of professional experience in technical documentation, ideally in the aerospace industry
- Experience in manufacturing or production
- Proficient use of MS Office and SAP (in-depth application knowledge)
- Practical experience with the requirements management software DOORS
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
- Teamwork skills, initiative, and strong communication skills
- Analytical, structured, and systematic way of working
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
