Responsibilities


  • Requirements Management: Creating, structuring, and maintaining DOORS modules for project documentation
  • Template Development: Creating, maintaining, and further developing DOORS and Word export templates
  • Document Creation: Preparing and finalizing specifications and reports based on DOORS exports
  • Quality Assurance: Post-processing and consistency checking of exported content according to internal standards
  • Document Management: Filing and managing finalized documents in SAP systems
  • Project Support: Advising on the use of DOORS and optimizing documentation processes
  • Process Optimization: Further development of templates, workflows, and export mechanisms
  • Coordination: Close collaboration with Engineering, Systems Engineering, and Quality Management


Qualifications

  • Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable technical field (at least Bachelor's)
  • Several years of professional experience in technical documentation, ideally in the aerospace industry
  • Experience in manufacturing or production
  • Proficient use of MS Office and SAP (in-depth application knowledge)
  • Practical experience with the requirements management software DOORS
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and proficient English (at least B2)
  • Teamwork skills, initiative, and strong communication skills
  • Analytical, structured, and systematic way of working
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
