Responsibilities
- Shopfloor Support: Daily and shift-based support directly on the line to solve technical problems and for continuous improvement
- Work Order Management: Management and control of out-of-cycle work orders
- Escalation Management: Identification and escalation of recurring issues to relevant support functions
- Process Optimization: Involvement of support functions in the production team's continuous improvement routines
- Capacity Management: Anticipation of capacity fluctuations and competence building within the product life cycle
Qualifications
- Completed technical education, e.g., as a technician / technical manager in electrical engineering, aircraft construction, engineering, mechanical engineering or a related technical field
- Several years of professional experience in the areas of engineering, manufacturing/production, aircraft construction, manufacturing engineering or technical documentation
- Experience in occupational safety
- Confident use of SAP; basic knowledge of Google Workspace
- Basic knowledge of Lean Management; good knowledge of civil aviation documentation
- Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
- Willingness to work shifts in a 2-shift system (early and late)
- Teamwork skills, sociability, reliability and independent working style
- CV in English required
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
