Responsibilities


  • Shopfloor Support: Daily and shift-based support directly on the line to solve technical problems and for continuous improvement
  • Work Order Management: Management and control of out-of-cycle work orders
  • Escalation Management: Identification and escalation of recurring issues to relevant support functions
  • Process Optimization: Involvement of support functions in the production team's continuous improvement routines
  • Capacity Management: Anticipation of capacity fluctuations and competence building within the product life cycle


Qualifications

  • Completed technical education, e.g., as a technician / technical manager in electrical engineering, aircraft construction, engineering, mechanical engineering or a related technical field
  • Several years of professional experience in the areas of engineering, manufacturing/production, aircraft construction, manufacturing engineering or technical documentation
  • Experience in occupational safety
  • Confident use of SAP; basic knowledge of Google Workspace
  • Basic knowledge of Lean Management; good knowledge of civil aviation documentation
  • Business fluent German (at least C1) and business fluent English (at least C1)
  • Willingness to work shifts in a 2-shift system (early and late)
  • Teamwork skills, sociability, reliability and independent working style
  • CV in English required
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
