Tasks

  • Assembly of structures and kinematics within the Doors Assembly area
  • Riveting of aluminium structures in accordance with Airbus production specifications
  • Manufacturing and assembling assemblies and sub-assemblies using approved production processes
  • Machining metal assemblies, including precise rework to drawing requirements
  • Integration of electrical components and execution of electrical tests according to specifications
  • Performing self-inspection of assemblies and sub-assemblies, including complete and accurate documentation
  • Using manual tools and machines for component installation and assembly
  • Inspecting the sub-assembly or door against drawings and defined requirements

Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as an Aircraft Mechanic, Industrial Mechanic, Mechanic or Mechatronics Technician
  • Extensive professional experience in manufacturing/production, aircraft construction and mechanical work (aerospace mechanics, helicopter mechanics, industrial mechanics)
  • German fluent/negotiation-level (min. C1) and English proficient (min. B2)
  • Willingness to work in a two-shift model
  • High commitment, strong teamwork skills, and a careful, structured way of working
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
