Tasks
- Assembly of structures and kinematics within the Doors Assembly area
- Riveting of aluminium structures in accordance with Airbus production specifications
- Manufacturing and assembling assemblies and sub-assemblies using approved production processes
- Machining metal assemblies, including precise rework to drawing requirements
- Integration of electrical components and execution of electrical tests according to specifications
- Performing self-inspection of assemblies and sub-assemblies, including complete and accurate documentation
- Using manual tools and machines for component installation and assembly
- Inspecting the sub-assembly or door against drawings and defined requirements
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as an Aircraft Mechanic, Industrial Mechanic, Mechanic or Mechatronics Technician
- Extensive professional experience in manufacturing/production, aircraft construction and mechanical work (aerospace mechanics, helicopter mechanics, industrial mechanics)
- German fluent/negotiation-level (min. C1) and English proficient (min. B2)
- Willingness to work in a two-shift model
- High commitment, strong teamwork skills, and a careful, structured way of working
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
