Tasks
- Joining, fitting, and setting structural components, including surface protection
- Creating pilot holes according to specifications and component tolerances
- Assembling complex structural components made of metal and/or fiber composites
- Aligning and assembling components for reliable assembly
- Performing quality controls as part of your own work and reporting any deviations
- Documenting the assembly steps performed in accordance with manufacturing requirements
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic or motor vehicle mechanic
- Several years of professional experience in manufacturing/production, aircraft construction, aerospace, and aircraft structural assembly
- Business fluent in German (at least C1) and advanced English (at least B2)
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
- Ability to work in a team, independence, and flexibility
