Tasks

  • Joining, fitting, and setting structural components, including surface protection
  • Creating pilot holes according to specifications and component tolerances
  • Assembling complex structural components made of metal and/or fiber composites
  • Aligning and assembling components for reliable assembly
  • Performing quality controls as part of your own work and reporting any deviations
  • Documenting the assembly steps performed in accordance with manufacturing requirements

Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as an aircraft mechanic or motor vehicle mechanic
  • Several years of professional experience in manufacturing/production, aircraft construction, aerospace, and aircraft structural assembly
  • Business fluent in German (at least C1) and advanced English (at least B2)
  • Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
  • Ability to work in a team, independence, and flexibility
