Responsibilities
- Manufacturing and maintaining aircraft components for VIP and special-mission aircraft in accordance with technical documentation, with a focus on the cabin and cabin components
- Performing manual repairs and modifications on manufactured cabin components
- Carrying out all activities in accordance with relevant EASA Part 21G processes
- Making technical decisions to ensure the proper, timely, and cost-effective execution of work
- Ensuring the proper use and careful handling of equipment, machinery, and tools
Qualifications
- Completed technical vocational training, preferably as an aircraft mechanic specializing in manufacturing or maintenance technology, or as a construction mechanic in lightweight construction and aviation
- Alternatively, training in a metalworking or plastics processing trade, for example in yacht building or model making
- Several years of professional experience in the manufacture of structural and cabin components as well as their maintenance
- Several years of relevant experience in aviation maintenance organizations, particularly in accordance with EASA Part 21G and EASA Part 145
- Good German and English language skills (min. B2)
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (not a student visa) is mandatory
