Responsibilities

  • Manufacturing and maintaining aircraft components for VIP and special-mission aircraft in accordance with technical documentation, with a focus on the cabin and cabin components
  • Performing manual repairs and modifications on manufactured cabin components
  • Carrying out all activities in accordance with relevant EASA Part 21G processes
  • Making technical decisions to ensure the proper, timely, and cost-effective execution of work
  • Ensuring the proper use and careful handling of equipment, machinery, and tools


Qualifications

  • Completed technical vocational training, preferably as an aircraft mechanic specializing in manufacturing or maintenance technology, or as a construction mechanic in lightweight construction and aviation
  • Alternatively, training in a metalworking or plastics processing trade, for example in yacht building or model making
  • Several years of professional experience in the manufacture of structural and cabin components as well as their maintenance
  • Several years of relevant experience in aviation maintenance organizations, particularly in accordance with EASA Part 21G and EASA Part 145
  • Good German and English language skills (min. B2)
  • Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (not a student visa) is mandatory
