Tasks
- Operate laser cutting systems or chemical milling baths
- Monitor production processes and perform setting adjustments as needed
- Document part orders, optimization potential and relevant process parameters
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues or notify maintenance
- Prepare and follow up work steps: setup, alignment, tool installation, shutdown
- Maintain data in IT systems related to production and documentation
- Train and support new employees in the area
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as Aircraft Mechanic, Aircraft Builder, Industrial Mechanic or a similar metalworking profession
- Extensive professional experience (min. 3 years) in manufacturing or production
- Hands-on experience with technical machinery and production documentation
- Basic knowledge of Google Workspace tools
- Fluent German skills (at least C1) and basic English skills (at least A2)
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
- A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is required
- Resume in English required
