We are currently recruiting a Machine Operator Aerospace for our client Airbus Aerostructures GmbH at the Nordenham site. Tasks

  • Operate laser cutting systems or chemical milling baths
  • Monitor production processes and perform setting adjustments as needed
  • Document part orders, optimization potential and relevant process parameters
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues or notify maintenance
  • Prepare and follow up work steps: setup, alignment, tool installation, shutdown
  • Maintain data in IT systems related to production and documentation
  • Train and support new employees in the area

Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training as Aircraft Mechanic, Aircraft Builder, Industrial Mechanic or a similar metalworking profession
  • Extensive professional experience (min. 3 years) in manufacturing or production
  • Hands-on experience with technical machinery and production documentation
  • Basic knowledge of Google Workspace tools
  • Fluent German skills (at least C1) and basic English skills (at least A2)
  • Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is required
  • Resume in English required
