For our client Diehl Aviation Gilching GmbH, we are looking for an Assembly Worker at the Dresden site. In a highly specialized environment, you will take on the assembly and testing of electronic devices and components – where every single part matters.

Responsibilities


  • Assembly of devices using various joining techniques such as gluing and screwing, based on technical drawings and parts lists
  • PCB assembly with THT and SMD components
  • Perform functional testing of completed devices
  • Ensure quality assurance through electronic and functional final inspections
  • Documentation of work results and test protocols


Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training in a craft or technical profession (e.g., electronics technician, industrial mechanic) or comparable qualification
  • Initial experience in manufacturing or production, ideally in the assembly of components
  • Craftsmanship skills and experience in reading technical drawings
  • General PC skills
  • Business fluent German (at least C1); basic English skills (at least A2)
  • Teamwork skills, high sense of responsibility, and independent working style
  • A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
